Most of the time I have to be told about my behavior while sleeping by those who are close to me. A good idea is to set up a camera to monitor yourself while sleeping instead of depending on the biases of others.
But even if you were willing to break all the odds to find out what happens when you are in the zombie zone, you would never be able to see the hidden energy that flows all through your bedroom. Of course, no one is expected to see emf signals even during the day.
